Testimonial (Phase 1): I just wanted to thank John and his staff for the wonderful work done so far
on my house in Back Cove, Waldoboro Maine. First, the house is over 125 years old and at least 5 generations have been born, lived, and passed away in the house. I inherited the house from my Grandmother, Flora Maxwell, whom I was very close with and was one of the only grandchildren which loved the location. She gave me the house with the promise that I would perserve it and keep it in the family. The house was in need of much work and one section was beyond repair when it fell off its old post foundation. But the main house was in fair shape and the history was still there. I was advised by many, including town officials, that I should just bulldoze it and start over. I refused and finally found BBI Construction who never once said we should just get rid of it. I had BBI rebuild the little garage first so I would have a place to store the furniture while the house was being renovated. There was controversy with the town but John stood by me throughout the process and it was finished and looked wonderful. I finally began phase one of renovating the house, which was to tear off the collapsed section and fix the "bones" of the main structure. I never could imagine how wonderful it would look and the outstanding work that BBI has done so far. John ALWAYS listens to my wants and is willing to go the extra mile to accommodate by vision for the house. I do not have unlimited resources and John always tries to get me the best price for what I am having done. I have complete trust and faith in BBI Construction that I am getting a fair deal for whatever they are doing. BBI handles all phases of the work from the foundation up. This saves me alot of time. When I find a bargain, they are willing to include it with no questions asked. Phase one is now close to completion and the house is a focal point for the area. I have nothing but praise and thanks to John and BBI Construction for the work done so far. We still have work to be done but I look forward to our future endeavors with the company and to bring life back to a farmhouse that I love and cherish so much.
